    Hey guys,

    You'd have to double check this, but I recall a couple years back (2004-05 possibly) there was a refund available to anyone who had purchased an iPod in Canada during a certain window and had in doing so had been charged the media storage tax or whatever they called it. They were entitled to something like a $40 refund I believe. It might be interesting to dig up why again they were offered the refund for this, and see if it set some kind of precedence.
